Mary Murawski
Licensed assistant
In September 2007, I married Leon Murawski. We live in a 1920’s bungalow in downtown Royal Oak with our three cats, Motley, Taz, and Bella. We both grew up in the Southeastern Michigan area. Leon is originally from Warren, and I am from St. Clair Shores.
Prior to our marriage in 2007, I successfully obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in Marketing from Oakland University in 2005 and my Salesperson Real Estate License in 2004. In addition, I have been actively working in Real Estate since May 2001, when I was hired as a Secretary for RE/MAX Showcase Homes. By 2002 I had become the Office Manager, and by 2003, I had begun working for Mary Ann McBroom and Billy Currier, assisting their team with marketing activities. During this time I started learning more about real estate and I soon developed an interest in the buying and selling process. In 2004, I decided that my interest had grown enough and that I needed to get my real estate license. At this time, Mary Ann and Billy hired me to be their full-time licensed assistant. Since then, I have been an active agent, participating in every facet of the business. From assisting sellers in the sale of their home to assisting buyers in the search for their dream home. I also actively work on every closing, with all of the necessary entities, to ensure that all of the required paperwork is accurate and ready for the scheduled closing date.
